  • Yes — and some of our most meaningful work is with solo practitioners. The monthly retainer gives you consistent operational support without the overhead of hiring. Six hours a month covers most ongoing needs, and additional hours at $150/hr are always available when you need more.
  • Six dedicated hours per month of hands-on operational support — system updates, workflow improvements, reporting adjustments, troubleshooting, and ongoing requests. The retainer requires a 6-month minimum commitment. Any custom build-out work (a new onboarding flow, a major Zoho configuration, etc.) is scoped and priced separately at $150/hr.
  • Most build-outs run 8 to 12 weeks depending on scope. We set a clear timeline and estimate at the start of every engagement — you always know what to expect.
  • No. We can help you evaluate whether Zoho is the right fit, set it up from scratch, or optimize an existing Zoho environment. If you're using other tools, we'll take a look at those too before making any recommendations.
  • That's exactly what the hourly option is for. A focused advisory session or operational assessment is billed at $150/hr with a clear scope upfront. Many firms use an assessment as a standalone resource — you leave with a roadmap you can act on at your own pace.
  • We work exclusively with Daily Money Management firms. No ramp-up time explaining what a DMM does, why trust matters more than speed, or what your clients are really counting on you for. We already know.
