Why I Built This for Senior Care Businesses
My background is in analytics and business intelligence. I've spent years helping organizations make sense of their data, streamline their processes, and build systems that actually work. But I kept noticing something: the businesses that struggled most weren't short on capability. They were short on structure.
I got my start working with Daily Money Managers — incredibly dedicated professionals who genuinely care about their clients and families, often running their practices on a combination of spreadsheets, memory, and sheer determination. The care was there. The operational foundation wasn't. Since then, I've seen the exact same pattern across the wider senior care industry: financial advisors, Medicare insurance agencies, elder and estate planning attorneys, aging life care managers, and home care agencies all serve the same clients and families, and all run into the same operational gaps.
I work with these businesses on their operations and systems, and I see firsthand how much of a difference it makes. When a business has clear workflows, good visibility, and a consistent client experience, everything improves — staff confidence, client outcomes, and the owner's own quality of life.
